PRASAD CDHP accepts online donations through PayPal’s secure online processing service. Although having an account with PayPal is not required to make your online donation, signing up for a PayPal account can speed up the donation process for those who prefer to make online donations. PRASAD CDHP Partners offer donations at regular intervals. Your partnership with us forms a solid foundation for continuing to provide dental health services to Sullivan and Ulster County children in need. Partner donations can be made by check, credit card, online, or via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from a checking or savings account. See One Time Donations for instructions to make a Partner donation by check, credit card, or online. Remember to indicate if you prefer to give weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Electronic Fund Transfers can be set up so that a monthly withdrawal is taken from your checking or savings account. To establish this method of partnership giving, you will need to complete and sign an EFT (electronic fund transfer) form and provide us with a blank & voided check if withdrawals will be made from your checking account.
